‘Valuable’ Technical Training from Fresenius Medical Care

In the newly renovated Huthwaite Head Office, regular training sessions are held for technicians from across the country. Throughout the year, these training sessions are always well attended, expertly led by Technical Training Manager Greg Marsh. Sessions focus on how to operate, maintain and repair devices to ensure that attendees understand how to achieve exemplary patient care.

Training sessions are held regularly throughout the year on a variety of products, to provide ample opportunity for professionals to learn more about the many machines and products Fresenius Medical Care has to offer. Each session aims to ensure that every participant fully understands how to confidently operate the machines.

A recent review from Koysor Ali, the Senior Bio-Medical Engineer from the NHS Bury Care Organisation, praised the training session he received:

‘I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the training session you conducted this week on the multiFiltratePRO machine. Your expertise and engaging presentation style made the content not only informative but also enjoyable for all participants.

The way you encouraged group discussions, provided practical examples truly contributed to our understanding of the material. Your dedication to ensuring that everyone was on the same page did not go unnoticed, and it had a positive impact on the overall learning experience.

I believe the knowledge and skills gained during the training will significantly benefit our team.

Once again, thank you for your valuable contribution, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you again in the future. Your professionalism and expertise have left a lasting impression on all of us.’

At Fresenius Medical Care, we understand that everyone has a different way of learning – whether that is through hands-on work or visual demonstrations. The training sessions are carefully curated to ensure that everyone can ask questions and learn in their own way. In 2023, 26 sessions were held, training 167 technicians on a variety of machines – and 2024 is set to be even busier!
