National Kidney Federation
Ran by patients, for patients. The National Kidney Federation is the only UK charity with direct input for patients living the kidney disease.
The aim of the charity is to promote the health and wellbeing of those suffering from kidney disease or renal failure. It provides support to the relative and friends of those who provide care to kidney patients and promotes the best renal medical practice and treatment throughout the United Kingdom.

Share HD
ShareHD is a health foundation - funded programme. ShareHD supports patients receiving haemodialysis treatment in a hospital setting to be proactive in participating in their care and health. They encourage confidence and independence in patients, following increasing evidence that patients engaging with managed health is associated with better outcomes for a range of medical conditions.

DAYLife
DAYLife is a partnership between the UK Kidney Association, Kidney Care UK and Fresenius Medical. DAYLife is a national, clinically led improvement programme which aims to share and scale up learning and best practice, and provide infrastructure to spread successful interventions at pace, with the aim of improving the uptake of home dialysis therapies in the UK and reduce unwarranted variation.
